Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:

The product must be unused and unopened
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Once the individual packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as āura wipes® cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
